Andrew Vertson, DPT, ATC

Andrew Vertson, DPT, ATC, received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Fresno then his Master's degree and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University.

Andrew is also certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association as an athletic trainer. He has also completed extensive post-graduate course work in orthopaedic manual therapy through Kaiser-West Los Angeles and the Ola Grimsby Institute, his area of expertise is manual therapy for all body parts. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls, traveling, and flying.

Moira Miller, MPT

Moira Miller is a graduate of UC Irvine with a bachelors degree in biology the she received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from USC. She brings over 16 years of pediatric experience having served as the developmental lead therapist at Children's Hospital Orange County and was also a key member of their Early Developmental Assessment Center. She is a Neuro-Developmental Treatment certified specialist with a special emphasis on the treatment of infants. Her experience includes treatment and evaluation of children with a variety of diagnosis including torticollis, developmental delay, muscle hypo/hypertonia, and cerebral palsy. In her spare time, she enjoys raising chickens with her two daughters.

Bradon Griffith, ATC, PTA, CSCS

Bradon Griffith, ATC, PTA, CSCS received his Bachelor's degree in Education with concentration in Athletic Training from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In 1994 he became a licensed physical therapist assistant and he also received his certification as strength and conditioning specialist.

His interests are coaching baseball and soccer for his 2 boys and family trips to major league ballparks (17 and counting). He also enjoys adding to his collection of baseball books on the Boston Red Sox and adding to his collection of Boston Red Sox attire.

Shirl Rojas, PTA

Shirl Rojas, PTA, received an AA Degree in Physical Therapy from Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA. She has been a California licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 17 years with an area of specialty in orthopedics as well as pediatrics and sports medicine. She prides herself in communicating closely with each of her patients to ensure they receive a customized, individual treatment program designed specifically for their needs. She enjoys the beach, her early morning gym workouts and relaxing with family and friends.

Julie Emmett, Office Manager

Julie Emmett brings over 15 years medical experience to Foothill Ranch Physical Therapy. After extensive courses in medical front office education through Shasta College she put her skills to use for an Obstetrics physician group in Redding, CA. After she moved to Southern California she was an integral member as the front office administrator at Saddleback Outpatient Surgery Center. Today, Foothill Ranch Physical Therapy is lucky enough to have her serve their patients.

Julie lives in Foothill Ranch with her two daughters and enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and family in her spare time.

Amy Harper, RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher

Amy began studying yoga ten years ago after fracturing her spine in a water sport accident. Her physical therapist introduced her to yoga as a way to build strength, flexibility, and promote healing. In 2002, she became a certified yoga instructor through Yogamotion in Park City, Utah. Amy's teaching style incorporates a variety of disciplines.

She incorporates the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar which focuses on precise structure and support. She also uses the traditions of Anusara which blends grace, alignment and energized movement into her classes while incorporating Viniyoga practices which teaches how to honor the person not the pose.

She currently teaches yoga in the area, as well as at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in San Juan Capistrano. Amy lives in Foothill Ranch with her son Simon, her daughter Julia and their dog Stella.
